Mireia Marimon

Mireia Marimon has extensive experience in human resources and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as the Human Resources & Sustainability Director at Lacer since June 2019. Previously, Mireia held several leadership roles at Esteve from November 2008 to December 2018, including Corporate Social Responsibility Director, where responsibilities encompassed developing CSR strategies, health and wellbeing programs, and stakeholder management. Mireia has also served as Global Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Innovation Director, focused on organizational development and talent management. Earlier roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Unilever and Human Resources Consultant Manager at Hay Group. Mireia holds an M.B.A. from Esade and a European Human Resources Management Master from Cranfield School of Management, among other qualifications in coaching and corporate responsibility.
