Tom Weightman is an experienced Footwear Design professional currently serving as Footwear Design Manager and Design Lead for Performance Footwear at Lacoste since April 2020. Previously, Tom held positions as Senior Footwear Designer and Footwear Designer at The Footsoldiers Design Consultancy from May 2012 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire design process from market research to tech packs. Tom's design work has encompassed a variety of renowned brands, including HOKA One One, Under Armour, New Balance, Asics, HEAD, Helly Hansen, Canterbury, and KangaROOS. Earlier in the career, Tom completed a Footwear Design Internship at PUMA Group from July 2011 to May 2012. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Footwear Design & Development from Cordwainers, London College of Fashion, attained from 2009 to 2013.
