Jessica Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Jessica began their career at Dennis Publishing in 2011, where they held various roles, including Sales Executive and Digital Group Agency Manager. During their time at Dennis Publishing, Jessica excelled in building relationships with clients and agencies, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue. In 2018, they joined LADbible Group as Group Head, and subsequently took on roles such as Group Director, Head of LAD360, and Group Business Director. Currently, they serve as the Head of Client Solutions at LADbible Group. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in digital advertising, and a strong focus on driving business growth.

Jessica Arnold attended Clitheroe Royal Grammar School from 1998 to 2005. Jessica then went on to study Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Leeds from 2005 to 2008.
