Kristian Walsh has a diverse range of work experience in the sports media industry. Since 2022, they have been working as the Head of Audience Development at LADbible Group. Prior to that, they worked at Reach plc where they held various roles including Senior Sports Editor (Customer), Head of Sports Audience Engagement Strategy, and Content Editor (Sport) between 2019 and 2022. Before joining Reach plc, they worked as the Sport Audience Editor and Sports Journalist at Liverpool Echo from 2014 to 2019. Kristian also gained experience as a Liverpool correspondent at ESPN from 2012 to 2014, and as a Broadcast Journalist at BBC Sport from 2012 to 2014. Kristian began their career as a Sport journalist at Telegraph Media Group in 2010, and later worked as a Content Editor at Sky Sports and Sky Bet from 2010 to 2011.

Kristian Walsh completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford from 2006 to 2009, earning a degree in English Language and Literature with a 2:1 grade. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Journalism at The University of Sheffield, which they completed in 2010.
