Philip Wernersbach

Philip Wernersbach is a highly experienced software engineer specializing in data platforms, distributed systems, and embedded systems. Currently serving as Senior Staff Software Engineer at Ladder since April 2023, Philip leads the Data Platform team in architecting and scaling the company's AI & ML stack, ingestion pipeline, ETL processes, application database, data warehouse, and distributed message queue. Previously, Philip held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Chronosphere, focusing on a custom Big Data ingestion pipeline, and Senior Production Engineer at Facebook, where contributions included new features for various database and data analytics systems.
