Justin McMurtrey

Justin McMurtrey is an experienced operations executive currently serving as VP of Operations at Ladders since February 2024. Previously, Justin held the position of Contact Center Director at Auros Home Remodel for a brief period and spent over a decade at Sam's Club, where roles included Director of Contact Center Operations, achieving notable increases in customer satisfaction and net promoter scores. Justin also managed the transformation of call center services and significantly improved operational processes. Earlier experience includes financial coordination for Sam's Club’s IT hardware spend at Walmart, alongside various roles in programming and finance. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
