Nicolas George has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nicolas started their career as an Analyst at YKems in 2006 and then moved on to work as a Consultant at Cap Gemini in 2006-2007. Nicolas joined LafargeHolcim in 2007, where they held various positions including Strategy Manager for the China Region and the Middle East Region, Managing Director, Country CEO for Myanmar, and Country CEO for Uganda - Hima Cement. In 2019, they became the CEO of Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation. Nicolas later served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Chip Mong Bank from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are the CEO of Lafarge Algeria since 2021.
Nicolas George's education history includes obtaining an Ingenieur degree in Gestion Innovation et performance des entreprises from AgroParisTech, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Nicolas also acquired another Ingenieur degree in Agronomie from Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon during the same period. Prior to that, they attended Lycee Agricole rouffach from 1999 to 2001, where they completed a BTSA degree in Viticulture - oenologie.
