Rafik Dalachi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rafik started their career at ABC Pepsi as a Territory Development Manager from 2001 to 2004. Rafik then moved on to Algerian Cement Co., where they worked as a Depot Administrator from 2004 to 2006 and later as a Representative for Strategic Accounts from 2007 to 2012. Since 2012, Rafik has been associated with Lafarge Algeria, where they have held multiple roles. Rafik served as the Responsible for White Cement from April 2012 to May 2013, followed by the Manager of Sales for White Cement from June 2013 to January 2014. Rafik then worked as the Manager of Sales for Eastern Distribution from February 2014 to June 2017. Rafik was also involved in the implementation of the MEA Business Model SAP project as the Single Point Of Contact from July 2017 to September 2018. Their most recent role at Lafarge Algeria is the Country Head of Technical Sales/Directeur Commercial Ventes Techniques, a position they have held since July 2022.

Rafik Dalachi completed an MBA Spécialisé in Digital Marketing & Business at INSAG Business School, EFAP, from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, they attended the Institut National des Hydrocarbures et de la Chimie from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a DEUA degree in Génie Mécanique with a specialization in Maintenance Industrielle.
