Fernando Cruz is an experienced maintenance manager with a robust background in the cement industry. Currently serving as a Maintenance Manager at Lafarge Canada since July 2019, Fernando previously held positions including Maintenance Process Manager at LafargeHolcim and Maintenance and Equipment Reliability Manager at Holcim Philippines Inc. Between 2007 and 2016, Fernando contributed as a Senior Maintenance Engineer and implemented maintenance management systems at Holcim's facilities. Early career experience includes a role as an Operations Technician at Holcim Apasco from 2002 to 2007. Fernando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics with a specialization in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2002.
