Mohamed Kharraki has extensive work experience in the cement industry. From 2003 to 2019, they worked for LafargeHolcim and LafargeHolcim Maroc in various roles. Mohamed started as a Preventive Maintenance Manager in 2003 and took on roles such as Cement Grinding and Dispatch Area Manager, Clinker Production Area Manager, and Clinker Process Department Manager. Mohamed also served as the Production and Process Department Manager and Maintenance Manager. In 2015, they became the Acting Technical Director and later served as the Production Department, General Services, and Port Manager. From 2016 to 2019, they were an EXCO member, Industrial Director, and Mombasa Plant Director. In 2019, they joined LafargeHolcim Maroc as the Agadir Souss Plant Director and the Operational Preparation Director of the new cement plant (SOUSS green field project).
Mohamed Kharraki attended École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2013, they completed a leadership training program at IMD. Additionally, in 2009, they completed a management training program at the University of St.Gallen.
