James Ware is an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer and Instrumentation and Monitoring Manager at Laing O'Rourke since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Select environmental monitoring team and managing instrumentation and monitoring for FLO across key Thames Tideway Central sites.
