Lorraine Hart has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Europe Head of People Operations at Laing O'Rourke since July 2010, with previous roles including Head of People Operations Europe and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to Laing O'Rourke, Lorraine took a career break after working as a Senior HR Manager at Balfour Beatty Capital and held various HR positions within the Balfour Beatty group. Earlier in the career, Lorraine served as an Employee Relations Adviser at Barclays Bank, showcasing a robust background in HR operations, business partnering, and recruitment.
