Fiona Ng is an accomplished Deputy Managing Editor at LAist, where responsibilities include leading the Explore L.A. initiative. As Managing Producer for "K-Pop Dreaming," an award-winning podcast series, Fiona demonstrated expertise in producing compelling content that explores cultural narratives. Previous roles include Managing Producer for Special Coverage and Senior Producer for the flagship talk show AirTalk with Larry Mantle, where Fiona enhanced the show's scope to include live coverage of significant events. Fiona's career commenced in 2004, featuring experiences as a freelance writer and an assistant producer with American Public Media. Fiona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Comparative Literature and Film Studies from UC Irvine.
