Danielle Andros has a diverse background in human resources and management consulting, with extensive experience at Laitram from January 2019 to January 2023. As a People & Culture Business Partner, Danielle collaborated with divisional leadership to align people strategies with business goals, emphasizing talent optimization. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager, where Danielle led a team in talent identification and development for Laitram Corporate and Intralox, and Corporate Recruiter, focusing on talent selection and strategy. Prior to Laitram, Danielle worked as a Project Manager at NTT DATA Services, managing data governance and stakeholder relationships. Danielle also served as a Resource Manager at Signature Consultants, specializing in Corporate and Investment Banking placements. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Appalachian State University, earned in May 2016.
