Alyse Cullen

Senior Director, Human Resources at Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA)

Alyse Cullen has a diverse background in HR, with experience working in various capacities in the field since 2004. Currently, she holds a senior director position at Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority, where she oversees HR functions. Prior to that, she worked at MagIndustries and Equitrac Canada ULC in HR roles. Alyse also has experience managing a company involved in organizing hole-in-one events at golf tournaments. She holds a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a Honours BA in Sociology and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA) is a local watershed management organization incorporated under the Conservation Authorities Act (1946). Since 1951, we have been dedicated to conserving, restoring and managing the Lake Simcoe watershed. We envision a thriving environment that inspires and sustains us for generations to come. We collaborate to protect and restore the Lake Simcoe watershed with innovative research, policy and action. For more than 60 years, we have worked to protect natural resources in the Lake Simcoe watershed, in collaboration with community, municipal, and other government partners. We are members of Conservation Ontario, the umbrella organization for all 36 Conservation Authorities in Ontario.
