Meredith Crosby is an experienced professional currently serving as a Transition Navigator at ADVANCE Learn Earn Grow since April 2018 and as a College Liaison for Lake Tahoe Community College since September 2016. In previous roles, Meredith has contributed as a Contracted Interim Transition Navigator for the California Conservation Corps and as Interim Executive Director/Office Manager for the Saint Joseph Community Land Trust, focusing on addressing the housing crisis in the Lake Tahoe basin. Additional experience includes serving as an English Instruction Facilitator with Burlington English Inc. and as a Senior Managing Editor for the Sierra Nevada Review. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Sierra Nevada College.
