Lesley Rose

Lesley Rose, PhD, PGeo, is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in the minerals and mining sector. Currently serving as Senior Geologist at Fladgate Exploration Consulting Corporation since May 2025, Lesley also holds an instructional role at Lakehead University since January 2016. Previous positions include Senior Geologist at Hemlo Explorers Inc. and roles at Barrick Gold Corporation focusing on data management and mineral resource growth. Notable earlier experience includes Chief Geoscientist at Fladgate Exploration Consulting Corporation, Petrographer and Analytical Geochemist at Weston Geoscience Inc., and supervisory duties in ICP-MS at Activation Laboratories Ltd. Lesley's academic credentials include a PhD and MSc in Geology from the University of Toronto, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from Western University.
