With extensive experience at Ferrellgas from March 1997 to April 2021, Michelle progressed through several key roles, including Director of Operations/General Manager, Director of Customer Service, and West Division Customer Service Manager, demonstrating a strong background in operational leadership. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Aviation Services from the University of North Dakota and furthered education at the University of Mary from 1998 to 2000.
