Chantelle Gallow

Chantelle Gallow serves as an HR Business Partner at Lakeshore Learning Materials since February 2023 and has been the Founder & Principal Consultant at Piece by Piece Wellness since August 2018, where the focus is on employee wellbeing through evidence-based practices in psychology. Previous roles include People and Culture Manager at Babbel, where Chantelle fostered an engaging workplace, and Human Resources Business Partner at Revita/W&L, overseeing significant workforce growth and full employee lifecycle support. Chantelle began their career in recruitment as a Consultant/Resourcer at Plan B Recruitment and also worked as a Behavioral Therapist. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monash University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology, among other credentials.
