Natalie Grimaldi

Natalie Grimaldi is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Sustainability & ESG at LRS since October 2021, Natalie focuses on developing the company's ESG program and achieving Net Zero by 2040. Previous experience includes a role as a Sustainability Technical Consultant at Quercus Consulting, where responsibilities included CDP sustainability framework reporting, and a position as a Sustainability Fellow for the City of Highland Park, where important projects were initiated to support the city's Sustainability Plan. Additional experience spans from supporting major corporations like Salesforce and MSDSonline to a brief stint as a Field Production Assistant for National Geographic. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health and Occupational Safety from Illinois State University.
