Tim Donohue has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on underwriting and operations. Tim began their career at PHH Mortgage in 1998 as an Underwriter, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at GMAC/ALLY BANK, holding various roles including Underwriting Team Leader, Quality Control Manager, and GMAC Bank National Closed Loan Underwriting Manager. In 2012, they joined New Penn Financial, LLC as the VP-Underwriting. Since 2013, they have been with Lakeview, initially serving as the SVP of Underwriting and currently holding the position of Senior Vice President Operations.
Tim Donohue attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
