Darrell Henderson

Darrell Henderson currently serves as Intellectual Property Counsel at Lam Research, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP from May 2018 to September 2022, alongside participation in a Small Business Legal Clinic focusing on patent law during 2018 at Lewis & Clark Law School. Henderson's legal career began with a Summer Associate position at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP in 2017. Prior to attending law school, Henderson worked in various roles, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control at Epic Brewing, Lab Tech in Internal Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine, Urban and Green Design Consultant at VODA Landscape + Planning, and Data Management at Myriad Genetics. Henderson holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Physics with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Utah.
