Esther Jeng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process engineering and innovation management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Open Innovation at Lam Research since September 2010, where previous roles included Senior Process Engineering Manager and Process Engineer. Jeng began their career at Novellus Systems as a Process Engineer, specializing in Chemical Vapor Deposition processes, and gained experience as an intern at Boston Scientific and Windy Hill Technology, focusing on drug delivery systems and minimally invasive medical devices, respectively.
