Jill Scoby is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Director of Legal at Lam Research since May 2019, Jill has previously held senior legal positions at companies such as IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc., Spansion, and AMD (Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.), where responsibilities included litigation, compliance, employment law, and commercial transactions.
