Satabhish Aeka currently serves as the Head of Digital Transformation at Lam Research, overseeing a multi-billion dollar transformation initiative that encompasses strategy, business case development, and roadmap execution since July 2020. Previously, Aeka held various leadership roles at Cisco from January 2011 to July 2020, including Senior Director and Product Leader, where responsibilities included creating vision and roadmaps as well as launching new products in telemetry and predictive analytics. Aeka also contributed to acquisition planning and the development of new business models during this tenure. As the Founder and CEO of Eideas from January 2003 to December 2010, Aeka established a consulting firm that specialized in business strategy and technological capabilities, growing it to over 280 employees. Earlier experience includes co-founding Cyber Solutions Inc, delivering technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients from 1998 to 2003. Aeka holds an Advanced Project Management degree from Stanford University and has an educational background from Osmania University.
