Neal Slaton

Neal Slaton is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of Procurement Excellence at Lamb Weston since February 2021. Previously, Neal held several positions at Tyson Foods, advancing from Associate Director of Flexible Packaging Procurement to Manager of Packaging Procurement. Prior roles include Senior Category Manager for Plastics Packaging and various procurement roles at Hillshire Brands and Sara Lee, beginning as a Buyer and progressing to Senior Category Manager. Neal started the career at Chiquita as a Buyer. Educational credentials include an MBA in Operations Management and a BBA in Operations Management and Accounting, both obtained from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
