Previously, Scott held various roles at ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston, including Research and Development Manager and Senior Research Scientist, focusing on French Fry potato development. Earlier in Scott's career, positions included Senior Sensory Scientist at ConAgra Foods, where sensory leadership was provided for multiple snack brands, and Sensory Scientist at General Mills, contributing to sensory testing for breakfast cereals. Scott began the professional journey as a Sensory Intern at Kellogg Company. Scott holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science with an emphasis in Sensory from Brigham Young University.
