Since January 2017, Ian has led Lambda Photometrics Ltd., focusing on company development and delivering exceptional service to customers and partners. Previously, Ian held the role of Managing Director at Polytec & Lambda Photometrics with responsibilities including full P&L oversight and team recruitment. Ian's career also includes significant positions at Keithley Instruments, where engagement with key industrial and government clients enhanced sales efficiency and strategic customer development. Earlier roles at Comdisco involved driving substantial revenue growth in Europe, while foundational experiences as a Management Accountant at Schlumberger and as an Electronics Development Engineer at Plessey Company plc established a strong financial and technical background. Ian holds an Executive Leadership and Strategy Development degree from the Centre for Creative Leadership.
