Naresh Khemani

As Head Finance and Purchase, Naresh Khemani is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, taxation, treasury, corporate finance, procurement and merger and acquisition. In this role, he provides enterprise leadership regarding matters involving capital allocation, financial reporting, planning and executive decision-making. His career spans more than 17 years of varied experience in financial management, contract management, business planning and corporate strategy.

Before joining Lambda in January 2007, Naresh served as senior consultant in tax, audit and accounting consultancy firm in Ahmedabad. Prior to that he served middle management role for a multinational royal Dutch conglomerate Shell Oil Ltd. and Information Systems Associates Ltd. – Comstar, an IT infrastructure services company.

Naresh being a Cost and Management Accountant, an Associate Public Accountant (APA) and a Bachelor of commerce from University of Karachi.
