Nicholas Frankenfeld

Nicholas Frankenfeld is a Senior Surveyor in Corporate Advisory Services at Lambert Smith Hampton since July 2022, specializing in portfolio and asset management for clients across the United Kingdom. Nicholas also serves as a Mentor with the Early Careers Foundation, guiding students in their final school years through education and career decisions. Prior experience includes being a Portfolio Manager at London Block Management and Faircape Group, where responsibilities involved legal compliance and financial management for various property associations, as well as a budget coordinator for the Faircape Group. Nicholas has also contributed to development feasibility studies at Frankenfeld & King Architects and gained initial experience through an internship at Zenprop Property Holdings. Nicholas holds a BSc in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town and completed education at Bishops Diocesan College and St. George's School.
