Jeremy Roy

Jeremy Roy, CHRL, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Lambton College since September 2021, Jeremy oversees support staff labour relations, recruitment, staffing, and job evaluation. Prior to this, Jeremy held the position of Manager, Human Resources, Organizational Support Services at the Thames Valley District School Board, where responsibilities included managing a staffing team and overseeing employee life cycle functions. Jeremy's previous roles include Senior People and Culture Business Partner at London Health Sciences Centre, Human Resources Manager at OLG, and Supervisor at Canadian Tire Corporation. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Kinesiology from Western University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College.
