Meghan Scherer

Meghan Scherer, MBA, CHRL, CHRP, C.E.S., currently serves as the Director of Labour and Employee Relations at Extendicare since March 2023, following a tenure as Senior Manager of Labour and Employee Relations. In addition, Meghan contributes as a Part-Time Faculty member at Lambton College since January 2020. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Employee Relations at Steeves & Rozema Group from January 2015 to March 2023, and earlier roles such as Human Resources Coordinator at Steeves & Rozema from June 2009 to March 2015. Meghan holds an Executive Master's in Business Administration from the University of Fredericton and a diploma in Human Resources Management from Lambton College, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Brock University.
