Andreas Kapsalis

Andreas Kapsalis is an accomplished real estate and construction professional with extensive experience in program execution, construction management, and development leadership. Currently serving as Chief Programme Execution Officer and Chief Construction Officer at LAMDA Development S.A. since July 2022, Kapsalis previously held significant roles at HINES Greece as Managing Director of Asset and Development Management, and at AI Partners LLP as Partner, where expertise in investment opportunities and stakeholder management was demonstrated. Kapsalis has also served in leadership positions at PASAL DEVELOPMENT S.A. and AKTOR SA, focusing on business development, project management, and expanding corporate structures, with a proven track record of managing large-scale development programs and successful IPOs.
