Bahaa Nahas

Bahaa Nahas is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Lamps Plus, the largest omnichannel lighting retailer in the United States, since January 2023. Nahas is a member of the Senior Leadership group and the Compensation Committee. Prior experience includes being a Board Member at Rare Carat and CFO for portfolio companies at CSC Generation, where a focus on acquiring and transforming distressed retail assets was emphasized. Nahas also held the position of Senior Vice President at Palm Tree LLC, providing transition and interim CFO services, and served as Senior Director of Planning and Finance at Fox. Experience at Scientific Games included leading financial operations for the Online Gaming Division, achieving significant revenue growth. Early career roles included positions at Morgan Stanley and PwC. Nahas holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a degree from the University of Southern California.
