Zoe Beach

Zoe Beach is an accomplished product design and development professional with extensive experience in the furniture and lighting industries. Currently serving as the VP of Product Design & Development at Lamps Plus since March 2025, Zoe previously held the position of VP of Product Design for Furniture & Lighting at Pottery Barn for a brief tenure. Prior to these roles, Zoe was the Head of Product Development & Merchandising, Global at Sonder Inc. from May 2019 to September 2024 and worked as Senior Manager of Furniture Product Design & Development at Salesforce. Zoe's career also includes a significant role as Senior Director of Furniture & Decor Product Development at Restoration Hardware spanning over eight years. Educationally, Zoe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from The University of Kansas.
