Richard Hardcastle

Richard Hardcastle is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the Head of Open Market Property at Lancashire Insurance Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Apollo Syndicate 1969 as a Senior Property Underwriter from August 2010 to March 2023. Richard holds a degree in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University, where studies were completed from September 1999 to July 2003, and also possesses a foundational education in Business Studies from Woodbridge School, attended from September 1991 to July 1999.
