Andy Bagshaw

Andy Bagshaw serves as the MBA Career Relationship Manager at Lancaster University since March 2013, focusing on building relationships with employers to enhance career opportunities for MBA students and alumni. Prior to this role, Andy worked at the University of Central Lancashire as a Careers Adviser and Business Adviser, providing career guidance and leading business access projects to connect students with regional employers. Andy's early career includes roles as a Careers/Personal Adviser at Connexions Lancashire/Oldham Careers Service and as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, where recruitment strategy and candidate assessment were key responsibilities. Andy holds a PGCert in Career Development and Coaching Studies from the University of Warwick and a BSc (Hons) in Accounting from Cardiff University.
