John Davey

John Davey is an experienced IT Marketing Manager at Lancaster University, a position held since February 2011, where responsibilities also include serving as Information & Communications Co-ordinator. Prior experience includes roles as Information & Communications Officer at JISC RSC Northwest, SOLSTICE CETL Manager, Learning Technology Development Manager, and Learning Technology Designer at Edge Hill University. Earlier in the career, John worked as a Graphic Designer at the Harris Museum, Art Gallery & Library, and contributed as a part-time Lecturer at Preston College. Freelance work as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer was undertaken from 1982 to 1994. John Davey holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Lancaster University and a BA (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design from Leeds Polytechnic.
