Matt Healey is a PhD Researcher and Open Innovation Catalyst Curator at Lancaster University Management School, where responsibilities include curating Open Innovation Catalysts and researching the development of evaluation devices by Social Movement Organisations. Prior roles encompass National Head of Quality and National Head of Educational Delivery at The Outdoor Education Group, focusing on outdoor education program quality and organizational growth. Furthermore, contributions include Head of Learning and Adventure at Inspiring Learning, General Manager at a major residential adventure centre, and various leadership positions at YMCA England & Wales and The Outward Bound Trust. Matt Healey holds a Master's Degree in Outdoor Education from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
