SANAS Accredited (ISO Standard 15189), more then 100 Specialist Pathologists. ACCREDITATION To deliver consistent quality at every level of our business, Lancet Laboratories’ Quality Assurance team works hard to achieve and maintain SANAS accreditation throughout its structure, adhering to the highest international criteria set out according to ISO Standard 15189. In order to achieve the best possible standards and provide the best possible service, we understand the value of developing and investing in our employees at every level of the business. The Quality Assurance department is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained in all laboratories and departments within Lancet Labs. Our objectives are to attain accreditation to ISO 15189 for laboratories and certification to ISO 9001 for all support departments.
