Ajiah Gilbert is a Community-Centered Conservation Program Manager at the Land Trust Alliance since August 2023, bringing a diverse background in program leadership and coordination from previous roles at Imani Village and The Nature Conservancy. Experience also includes engaging as a Greenest Region Corps Member for the City of Evanston and serving as a Youth Counselor with the Peace Corps. In addition to contributions to Project New Village and a leadership position at the University of San Diego, Ajiah's early career included customer service at Marshalls Distribution Center. Ajiah holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of San Diego, supplementing academic achievements with a high school diploma from Willowbrook High School.
