National Project Coordinator at Land Trust Alliance

Hawa Msham has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the National Project Coordinator for the UNDP/GEF Lake Tanganyika Environmental Management Project since July 2010. In this role, Hawa Msham provides leadership to the project management team, offers intellectual guidance to project partners, and supervises various project activities. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting work plans and budgets to the Project Steering Committee, ensuring effective financial management, monitoring project implementation against Key Performance Indicators, and overseeing the timely production of reports. Previously, Hawa Msham held the position of National Project Manager for the same project at the Stockholm Environment Institute and UNDP/GEF Lake Tanganyika Project from 2010 to 2011.
