Siddarth's career in retail began at Marks and Spencer, where Siddarth launched the brand under the Al Futtaim Sons Franchise in Dubai and advanced from Department Manager to Store Manager. Earlier experience included roles at IKEA as Project Manager, Store Manager, and Retail Operations Manager. Siddarth earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, and completed education at The Doon School.
