Brianne Maier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in packaging and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Dairy Foods R&D and Culinary Center at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since September 2014, Brianne has held various leadership positions, including R&D Director and Senior R&D Manager, where responsibilities included providing innovative packaging solutions that enhance product quality and market efficiency. Prior to Land O'Lakes, Brianne was a Packaging Engineer Team Lead at 3M, overseeing the packaging for Post-it branded products. Brianne's career began at General Mills, where a series of roles culminated in the position of Business Operations Manager. Brianne holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
