Kelsey Fernandes is a qualified professional in human resources, holding the Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Harlequins since April 2022, Kelsey has previously gained experience as a Human Resources Advisor at Finsbury Food Group and has worked in various roles, including a Sales & Service Assistant at Unite Students and a Telephone Interviewer for the University of Portsmouth. Kelsey possesses a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business and Human Resource Management, both from the University of Portsmouth.
