Roberta Collins

Roberta Collins, MBA, APTD, has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a member of the ATDNEFL Chapter since August 2004. At Landstar, where Roberta has worked since 1996, key roles include Learning Technologist and Training Supervisor, with responsibilities such as identifying eLearning opportunities, managing a Learning Management System, facilitating various training courses, and launching a distance learning program for remote employees. Roberta also implemented a virtual COGNOS system training, improved compliance program completion rates by 26% as a System Administrator, and served as a media administrator for training materials. Prior experience includes the role of Sergeant First Class in the United States Army Reserves, focusing on telecommunications and transportation. Roberta holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Saint Leo University, and a Certificate in Visual Communications from the University of Phoenix.
