Brad Burnett's work experience starts with their role as a Senior Operations Technician at Landus Cooperative, which began in September 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Avtex as a Senior Service Support Engineer for over 11 years, from November 2006 to August 2018. In this role, they deployed and supported Genesys contact center solutions and provided troubleshooting support. Brad was also the lead engineer for upgrade installations during the last five years of their tenure at Avtex.
Before joining Avtex, Brad worked at MidAmerican Energy Company as an Analyst from September 2005 to October 2006. Prior to that, they served as a Network Administrator at Kiesling Associates, LLP from August 2004 to September 2005, where they supported accounting staff with their computer and wireless needs and managed infrastructure hardware and software.
Brad's earliest work experience was at Citigroup (formerly Sears Credit) where they held the position of PCS Technician/IT Support Specialist from May 2000 to August 2004. In this role, they supported infrastructure hardware and software MACs and was responsible for client move/add/change requests in a call center with 1,000 seats.
Brad Burnett attended the University of Iowa from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they did not specify a degree or field of study. In 2004, they enrolled at Touro University International and completed their studies in 2006. Brad obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Business with an IT emphasis.
