Eve Gray has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Eve started their career in 2011 as a Healthcare Improvement RN at PeaceHealth, where they focused on improving healthcare processes. Eve then moved on to become a Patient Safety Coordinator, where they developed a patient safety program. Eve later served as a Nurse Manager in both the Labor & Delivery and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) departments.
In 2018, Eve joined Oregon Medical Group as a Clinic Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations. Eve later advanced to the role of Director, where they focused on integrating primary and specialty care services and implementing transformative initiatives towards population health. Eve'sspecific areas of focus included orthopedics, pain management, and diabetes.
Currently, Eve Gray is serving as the Director of Health and Human Services at Lane County Government, a role they started in 2022.
Eve Gray has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Careers in Nursing & Health Sciences. Eve also holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University. In terms of additional certifications, Eve is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) obtained from ACMPE in April 2021. Eve is also a Registered Nurse certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
