Since June 2015, Dean has served as Chief Executive Officer at Langley, also holding positions as Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director. Prior to that, from December 2012 to May 2015, Dean worked as New Business Director at Mears Group PLC, overseeing the new business functions and bidding processes. Dean's career began at The Apollo Group in March 1990, where leadership roles included New Business Director and Estimating Director, ultimately progressing from Office Junior to Estimating Director by 2006. Dean completed education at Tom Hood School from 1985 to 1988.
