Simon Wroe is an experienced professional in the construction and approvals industry, currently serving as the Head of Product Services at Langley since July 2023. In this role, Simon leads the Product Services Team, overseeing the company's roof waterproofing product portfolio, which includes liquid applied systems, bituminous membranes, pitched, and green roofs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Previously, Simon held several key positions at the British Board of Agrément from March 1996 to August 2022, culminating as Head of Key Accounts, where responsibilities included developing the BBA's Key Account client portfolio. Simon also led the Engineering Department, managing a team of 25 professionals in the technical assessment of innovative engineering systems, and has extensive expertise in materials approvals, particularly in waterproofing and construction materials. Simon earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from the University of Exeter between 1981 and 1984.
